I have been asked to present a Reiki Level I (Usui Shiki Ryoho) workshop.

This Reiki Level 1 will run over two consecutive days, with 4 attunements and will include:

• What is reiki
• The healing benefits of Reiki
• The Reiki Principles
• What happens during a reiki treatment
• The chakra’s and body psychology
• How to do a self treatment
• How to do a treatment for someone else.

You will receive a certificate, a manual and are able to conduct treatments after level 1 attunement.

The cost for the course is R850 all inclusive.

PS: The Reiki Level 2 course will include symbols and distant work and requires another two consecutive days. Upon completion of both Reiki Level 1 and 2, you can then continue to Reiki Master, which is one year.
